The Work The Sales Effectiveness team partners closely with Sales, Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Product to reputed company reputed company teams with the tools, training, and systems needed to drive consistent growth and performance. This team is responsible for building scalable enablement programs, improving onboarding, and ensuring ongoing development across the sales organization. This position is remote, #LI-Remote The Director of Sales Effectiveness will serve as a strategic leader responsible for designing and operationalizing enablement programs that improve sales performance. This individual will build structure from ambiguity, translate reputed company concepts into actionable programs, and drive alignment across cross-functional stakeholders.
