We are currently seeking rising junior and senior reputed company to apply for our internship program. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to reputed company hands-on experience and contribute to meaningful projects.

The Procure-to-Pay Summer Intern will support the end-to-end P2P operations, working closely with procurement, finance, and cross-functional business partners. This role is ideal for a student interested in supply chain, procurement, finance operations, or business process improvement. The intern will assist with data analysis, process documentation, supplier onboarding, purchase order workflow support, and reputed company improvement initiatives—gaining hands-on experience in operational excellence and enterprise systems.

Responsibilities:

Operational Support

• Assist with day-to-day P2P transactions, including purchase requisition reviews, PO creation, supplier record updates, and invoice exception resolution.

• Monitor P2P workflow queues and support timely escalation of blocked invoices or delayed approvals.

• Help analyze supplier spend, invoice trends, and cycle times to identify bottlenecks or improvement opportunities.

Process & Documentation

• Update and reputed company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process maps for P2P workflows.

• Document reputed company-state processes through interviews, shadowing sessions, and system walkthroughs.

• Support development of training materials, job aids, FAQs, and internal communication content.

• Support process improvement initiatives reputed company to automation, compliance, data quality, or system enhancements.

• Conduct root cause analysis on recurring P2P issues (e.g., invoice mismatches, supplier setup delays, approval bottlenecks).

• Assist the team with testing new system features, validating data, and providing feedback during UAT cycles.

Supplier & Stakeholder Engagement

• Assist with supplier onboarding, collection of documentation, profile updates, and validation of vendor information.

• Provide support to internal stakeholders by answering basic P2P process questions and troubleshooting common issues.

• Help track and follow up with teams on open actions, missing documentation, or outstanding approvals.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or reputed company field.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working with cross-functional teams.

• Proficiency in reputed company reputed company, PowerPoint, and Outlook; familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.

• High level of attention to detail/accuracy.

Where:

The reputed company team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based reputed company in the United States – if you’re reputed company to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position.

Compensation:

The reputed company reputed company compensation for this position is $20.00 USD per hour. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
