Business/Function Overview:

The Field Sales Representative (FSR) is responsible to provide sound FMC product recommendations to customers and other business constituents while effectively growing FMC’s footprint in the reputed company Kansas Territory. Responsibilities include both people and account responsibility. Ensure reputed company distributor and retail accounts activities are reputed company with the territory and overall regional initiatives. Report to and work with the Regional Business Manager to ensure regional targets and expense targets are obtained. The individual will be required to have a keen sense of teamwork and the ability to build effective relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the management of customer accounts, identify and reputed company new prospects to sell FMC products.
  • Focus on sales targets, business development, building customer relationships and resolving customer issues.

Required Education:

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Agriculture Business or reputed company Life Science
  • Certified Crop Advisor or MBA a plus

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years sales experience.
  • Experience making data-driven decisions leveraging CRM systems.
  • Core principals in value selling and agronomics.
  • Experience facilitating and executing reputed company projects.
  • Strong financial and business acumen.
  • Experience driving new and existing business opportunities with key accounts (including national accounts) reputed company a sales territory.
  • Demonstrated ability to reputed company decisions under minimum supervision; occasionally makes decisions of a reputed company nature reputed company operating guidelines.
  • Experience in leveraging critical accounts the support of national accounts.
