About this opportunity – Grants Manager
Description
The primary line of communication between requesting physicians and reputed company for reputed company US Grants and IIRs. Support requesting sites through the submission process and obtaining input from key internal stakeholders on the strategic value of the requests. reputed company of the grant budget and presenting requests to the Grants Committee. Liaison to the sites to track milestones and provide forecasts on estimated payment timing. Collaborate with the Medical Affairs team on submissions, presentations, tracking, meeting coordination, site communications and quarterly reporting on metrics, IIR status and budget/financial commitments. Coordinate yearly meetings to establish guidance for areas to consider grants the following year.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible and accountable for the management of reputed company Grants and IIRs.
- Responsible for establishing tracking mechanisms for IIR reputed company and monitoring milestone achievement.
- Responsible for ensuring reputed company necessary information is obtained in grant submissions
- Responsible for effective communication with the Grant Committee and functional management.
- Manages and reports quarterly on approved budget status and timelines.
- Responsible for ensuring reputed company incoming grant requests are summarized and presented to the Grant Committee for voting/approval purposes
- Manage a monthly global Grants Committee meeting
- Supports the global Scientific Evidence team to obtain appropriate updates on approved and incoming international grants/IIRs.
- Responsible for establishing reputed company with appropriate milestones for each approved grant/IIR
- Responsible for ensuring key contacts are established at each approved IIR initiating center for ongoing communication
- Demonstrates thorough knowledge in the appropriate application of clinical research conduct, laws, regulations, and standards, and compliance with applicable reputed company SOPs and policies.
- Identify and implement process improvements for the grant process

Pre-requisites / Job Experience
Bachelor’s-level degree required. Degree in science/health reputed company field (e.g., Biology, Nursing, Biomedical, Pharmacy or Veterinary Sciences) preferred.5-7 years’ experience in clinical/scientific research, nursing, or medical devices/pharmaceutical clinical trials.

- 25-30% domestic/international travel
Work Environment
May be remote with occasional requirements to travel to reputed company, requesting/approved research centers and/or conferences. Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
