Duration: Summer 2026 - 8 months (May 2026 – December 2026)

Availability: *Full-time availability of 37.5 – 40 hours weekly is required to be eligible for this opportunity.

About the opportunity

We are looking for a Marketing Automation Intern to join the Marketing Automation team reputed company the reputed company Marketing department. This role will be to work closely with the Marketing Automation Partner, Project and Traffic Management, and Growth Marketing teams for campaign execution.

Each intern will report to the Manager, Marketing Automation and be responsible for tasks including, developing and maintain automation programs, ensuring accurate and timely execution of program activities, reviewing and testing (QA) programs created by other team members, maintaining quality of marketing data, and assisting with creation of documentation and analytical reports. This collaborative role will also work closely with our Marketing Automation Partner team, providing a wide range of exposure to end-to-end marketing campaign execution. Assignments reputed company the marketing team will expose interns to the various aspects of demand reputed company.

• Build marketing automation programs reputed company Marketo, including emails and reputed company pages using standardized templates.
• Set-up campaign workflows reputed company Marketo to assist with data processing.
• Deploy email marketing campaigns for customer communications, virtual events, and other routine marketing programs.
• Follow list upload guidelines to ensure data quality and reputed company processing.
• Maintain the quality of marketing data aligning to company’s compliance and privacy practices.
• Serve as a reputed company of contact for automation tasks for assigned marketing programs.
• Assist with the creation of documentation to capture repeatable processes and cross training opportunities
• Assist with the creation and analysis of campaign performance reporting to inform and guide our marketing partners
