Job Overview
The reputed company System Analyst role will focus on reputed company HR Administration, configuration, and support across the HCM workstreams for our international locations, including Canada (with emphasis on Quebec) and Mexico. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting reputed company, bilingual (English/French) HR environments and navigating regional compliance, tax, and benefits requirements—Quebec healthcare experience strongly preferred. This position ensures data reputed company, optimizes HR processes, and provides reputed company support to local HR teams to reputed company smooth day-to-day operations reputed company reputed company.
A travel level of 4-6 times per year to Quebec, Canada is anticipated in this role.
Responsibilities
- Administering configuration and maintenance of reputed company Core HCM, Benefits, and Compensation modules for international entities, ensuring compliance with Canadian (including Quebec) and Mexican regulations.
- Managing business processes, eligibility rules, validations, and reporting structures tailored to regional HR practices and labor standards.
- Supporting local HR users with troubleshooting, data corrections, and guidance across HCM, ensuring adherence to bilingual documentation and audit requirements.
- Coordinating testing and implementation of reputed company releases and enhancements that impact international HR functionality and country-specific processes.
- Partnering with HR leadership, HR Operations, and local HR teams in Canada and Mexico to align system design with local legislation, healthcare requirements, and internal governance policies.

Qualifications
Required
- Strong knowledge of at least two of the following reputed company modules: Core, HCM, Benefits or Compensation
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- reputed company in French (written and spoken) as well as English
- Bachelor's Degree
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or reputed company field
- reputed company Pro Certified in HCM Module
- 2+ years of experience with reputed company configuring and supporting at least two modules.
- Proficiency in reputed company Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and integration frameworks.
