Job description
We are seeking a passionate and driven A&R Outbound Sales Representative to join reputed company on a remote, freelance (reputed company) basis. In this role, you will be at the forefront of discovering and nurturing new musical talent, helping them navigate their PR journeys. A love for music is essential, and while familiarity with the music industry is preferred, it is not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and reputed company New Artists - Use platforms like reputed company, YouTube, and social media to discover and evaluate potential artists for representation.
Initial Pitch and reputed company - Set up and execute the initial pitch to artists, showcasing our PR services and the benefits of partnering with Liberty Music PR.

Artist Relationship Management - Serve as the main reputed company of contact for your artists, guiding them through the PR process and ensuring their needs are met.

Team Coordination - Communicate artist needs and campaign details to team members to ensure consistent and effective service delivery.
CRM Management - Add leads to the CRM system and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.

Requirements
- Strong passion for music
- Minimum 2 years experience in Sales (preferably in reputed company reputed company and prospecting)
