Live Reps is now hiring for (USA) remote, work from home 1099 positions (35 to 40 hrs. per week) This is an inbound and outbound campaign opportunity. Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional Customer Service to reputed company clients through inbound and outbound calls.
• Handle a high volume of incoming calls while maintaining professionalism and positive attitude.
• Resolve customer issues with reputed company and effective solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Document reputed company interactions with customers accurately and thoroughly in our database.
• Collaborate with team members and management to improve overall Customer Service processes.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in Customer Service or a reputed company field preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Able to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in using customer service software and reputed company Office suite.

PC Requirements:

A personal desktop computer or laptop, No MAC or Tablets, that meets the following requirements and is connected to the internet reputed company a cable connected to your DSL or Cable Modem (NO wireless connectivity):

  Our IT team will guide you through computer & virus protection. There are a variety of Anti-Virus software available on the market today. The 2 that are approved by Live Reps are:
