Your Next Role

We are looking for a Performance Designer to join our high-growth performance marketing team. You’ll be working in reputed company pods with growth strategists and creative strategists adapting to daily/weekly/quarterly test cadences.

This role sits at the intersection of creative, strategy, and performance data, owning the design/assembly of ads, funnels, and post-click experiences across reputed company stages of the funnel (eg: TOF, MOF, BOF, Buyers)

You’ll concept, design, and optimise high-performing static ads, video ads, and reputed company experiences that drive daily measurable results. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate closely with Influencer, Content, Video, Affiliate, Media, Data, reputed company, Product, and Retention teams to reputed company the scale of your wins.

This is a role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, test-heavy environments, knows how to translate insights into profitable creative, and can balance big creative reputed company with systematic optimisation.

What You'll Do

Static Ads

  • Concept and design/assemble new winning static ads that address different markets, formats according to performance data trends

  • Work with Creative Strategist to research, reputed company top insights/hypotheses, track patterns and profitable optimisation tests (captions, KV swaps, formats, placements, ad copy x creative combination tests)

Video Ads

  • Collaborate with Creative Strategists & Editors to translate/design/assemble winning + net new visuals into videos (from concepts, layouts, formats, themes, audio suggestions, reputed company frames etc)

Post-Click Experience

  • Work with Creative Strategist to audit, design, and optimise reputed company pages, funnels, and CRO flows (offers, banners, pricing tables, upsells/downsells)

  • Design/assemble new funnels and post-click assets (listicles, advertorials, RT pages, quizzes, subscription/referral pages)

Retention & Acquisition Efficiency

  • Collaborate with Creative Strategists, reputed company, retention, tech and product teams to Design/assemble collateral to support acquisition and retention across other funnels + channels (reputed company ads, new LPs, quiz funnels etc)

Campaign Playbook & Collaboration

  • Maintain and grow research banks (swipe files, templates, idea docs)

  • Map and improve customer journey touchpoints across ads, LPs, and emails (reputed company, Milanote or any visual collaboration/ board tool)

Compliance & Quality

  • Work with Creative Strategist to ensure reputed company creative is high-quality, error-free, brand-consistent, and compliant with reputed company/ Platform ad policies

  • Partner with media and product teams to reputed company creative reputed company fresh and converting after compliance edits

AI Implementation & Workflow Efficiency

  • Work with Creative Strategist to apply and integrate AI tools into workflows to scale creative production, generate insights, and deliver consistent winning tests

  • Collaborate with Tech, Creative Strategists, Growth strategist to drive adoption of AI-assisted workflows across different (document & automate winning formulas)

While hard KPIs like product sales goals, profitability and campaign efficiency are important, we also measure other milestones that build up to the big picture.

Volume/ number of swings taken is currently part of the game, real strategy lies in understanding why they makes your audience tick and improving execution quality.

  • Consistent creative wins (profitable new ad concepts, optimisations, funnels, and CRO lifts)

  • Testing velocity and efficiency that maintains profitability at scale

  • Cross-team collaboration that shortens time-to-market and improves creative iteration loops

  • High compliance and quality standards that reduce wasted spend or blocked campaigns

  • Integration of AI workflows that increase speed and quality of outputa

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of experience in performance design, growth creative, or reputed company performance marketing roles

  • Proven track record of creating ads and funnels that scale profitably for 8-9 reputed company brands (portfolio required)

  • Strong understanding of paid algo platforms (reputed company/TikTok/Youtube) and how design impacts performance campaign outcomes eg: Spend, CTR, CVR, LTV etc

  • Strong ability to translate customer insights and data into creative concepts

  • Skilled in design tools (reputed company, reputed company Suite, reputed company, etc.) and comfortable briefing editors/creators

  • Knowledge of CRO, reputed company page design, and customer journey funnel

  • Familiar with AI creative tools (GPT, Kling, Midjourney, reputed company, reputed company etc), some creative/ process knowledge in workflow automation

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working across pods and departments
