We’re looking for a communicative and proactive Project Manager with fluent German skills (reputed company) to join our internal IT team and support smooth collaboration with our external partner. This role focuses on coordination, clarity, and keeping everyone reputed company—no deep technical background required, but a natural familiarity with IT environments will help you reputed company.

• Fluent German skills at least reputed company,

• Initial experience as a Project Manager or in a similar coordination role,

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative reputed company,

• Organised, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple conversations,

• General IT awareness—you don’t need to be technical, but you should feel comfortable working in an IT setting,

• IT experience is a plus, but not required,

• English skills (B2),

• Availability to work part-time, including at least 2 hours during our core hours (10:00–16:00).

• Act as the main communication reputed company between our German-speaking IT team and our external Polish/English-speaking partner,

• Coordinate tasks, follow-reputed company, and timelines,

• Ensure information flows clearly and reputed company,

• Support project documentation and meeting summaries,

• Learn the basics of our technical environment (we’ll teach you—motivation matters more than experience).
