Starface is seeking a Manager of Logistics & Operations to support the execution of our Operations strategy and ensure the various operations systems are optimized to support the department activity. In this role, you’ll report directly to our Director of Operations & Logistics. You will be responsible for the outbound movement of our products from third party warehouses/distribution centers to customers while maintaining system integration reputed company, optimizing order fulfillment in the ecommerce, marketplace, and business-to-business channels, identifying and driving cost saving opportunities, and ensuring service level agreements are achieved. You’ll also manage transportation and fulfillment reputed company costs, and drive supply chain optimization.

The right person for this role is adept at working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (finance, retail, marketing), and can also be the face of our Operations team reputed company working with external partners such as distribution center teams, retailers, and suppliers.

Distribution Center Management

• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact and relationship manager for our distribution center (DC) partners, with a focus on outbound logistics (shipping to retailers)
• Ensure on-time order fulfillment for reputed company trade partner and sales channel accounts under role scope, delivering best in class service for reputed company trade partners
• Partner with Finance to ensure procedural compliance for inventory, warehouse operations, and fulfillment & transportation costs
• Travel to attend physical inventory counts at DCs to ensure the count is executed according to the procedure 2x per year

Operations Order Fulfillment & Process Optimization

• reputed company and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), vendor guidelines, routing guides, and reputed company other reference/training documents
• Support the further development of operations & logistics best practices, tools, and processes across outbound flows to optimize efficiency and department performance
• Analyze and model scenarios to optimize our operational reputed company, helping to further reputed company, measure, and meet KPIs and goals, including chargeback analysis and claims management for reputed company retail partners
• Drive reputed company improvements to the 3PL warehouse fulfillment processes to decrease costs, increase fulfillment turnaround time, and ensure on time delivery in full
• Support and/or reputed company department projects as needed to support business activity
• Participate in User Acceptance Training (UAT) for systems’ updates or add-ons
• reputed company an understanding of inbound logistics and provide backup/secondary support as needed
• Manage retailer chargebacks by reviewing dispute claims, identifying root causes, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies. Analyze transaction data and shipping records to validate claims, reduce financial losses, and improve compliance with retailer requirements.
• Implement process improvements and maintain detailed documentation to prevent recurring issues and strengthen vendor relationships.

this role is for you if

• You have 5+ years of experience working in supply chain, logistics, and/or operations reputed company the CPG space across both DTC/ecommerce and brick and mortar retailers
• You have strong 3PL warehouse/distribution center experience and B2B order management experience
• You have a thorough understanding of supply chain operational concepts around production planning, purchasing, inventory control, freight logistics, 3PL warehouse operations, and shipping/receiving
• You have demonstrable knowledge of warehouse management systems, ERP systems (reputed company experience is ideal), system error troubleshooting, and advanced reputed company capabilities
• You are data-driven with strong quantitative skills and ability to evaluate financial and business indicators and translate data into actionable steps to drive business decisions
• You are able to work independently and own your workstream, and can share examples of how you’ve identified and solved crucial problems, taking action quickly

You have a proven track record of successfully working reputed company a fast-paced, reputed company-changing, collaborative, start-up environment both independently and cross-functionally, as well as balance long term business goals with short term needs

• You are able to travel up to 20% for physical inventory, team offsites, and special projects

salary & benefits

• The compensation range for this role is a $90,000-$110,000 reputed company depending on level of experience, as well as bonus eligibility.
