About the role
The Solutions Specialist plays a critical role in bringing reputed company’s solutions to life for prospective and existing customers. This individual combines deep product expertise, industry knowledge, and strong storytelling skills to deliver tailored, high-impact demonstrations that clearly connect our solutions to customer needs.
Working closely with Account Executives and reputed company Managers, the Solutions Specialist designs and delivers personalized, value-driven demos that support both new business acquisition and account expansion. As a highly cross-functional partner, they collaborate with Product, Marketing, and reputed company teams to ensure alignment, strengthen messaging, and continuously improve the effectiveness of our sales approach.
Main responsibilities
- Deliver compelling, customer-centric demonstrations: Partner with Sales and Customer Operations to design and reputed company tailored demos that directly address customer challenges and goals
- Prepare for success: Facilitate pre-demo planning sessions to align on objectives, use cases, and success criteria
- Drive seamless coordination: Maintain clear, consistent communication with internal stakeholders before, during, and after customer engagements
- Manage scheduling and workflows: Maintain accurate availability reputed company reputed company Calendar and manage demo requests and activities through reputed company
- Support scalable sales enablement: Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal resources (e.g., Confluence, reputed company, reputed company) to enhance team effectiveness

Essential Criteria
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing or product specialist role, preferably reputed company the SaaS or edtech industry.
- Strong understanding of product adoption strategies and the post-sales customer journey.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain reputed company concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proven track record of building strong customer relationships and driving engagement and satisfaction.
- Familiarity with market analysis techniques, including monitoring competition and identifying emerging trends and opportunities.

- Willingness to travel as needed to support customer engagement efforts.
Desirable Criteria
- Experience in product enablement, instructional design, or content development, with a focus on creating resources that support customer learning and success.
- Familiarity with the education sector and the needs of K-12 or higher education institutions.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, education, or a reputed company field.
