Sales Representative - Bunzl Processor Division (must live in North Carolina)

Field Sales | Packaging & reputed company Focus

The Bunzl Processor Division is seeking a driven, relationship-oriented Sales Representative to expand our footprint and deliver exceptional value across processing and industrial markets in Tennessee. This field-based role focuses on growing reputed company, developing new business, and strengthening customer partnerships reputed company bakery, produce, meat processing, industrial packaging, personal protection, safety equipment, sanitation, material handling, and plant supply segments.

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth by expanding existing accounts and developing new customer partnerships.
• Consistently reputed company or exceed sales and margin targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer service for improved retention and long-term loyalty.
• reputed company and manage pricing strategies for reputed company assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with manufacturers’ representatives to promote and sell featured items.
• Participate in sales meetings and maintain communication with the sales manager.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Utilize Dimensions of Professional Selling methodologies to manage the full sales cycle.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Bachelor’s degree in professional Selling, Marketing, Business, or reputed company field preferred.
• Required: Proven sales experience in Packaging and/or reputed company (Maintenance, Repair & Operations).
• Experience in food/meat processing, industrial processing, plant operating supplies, PPE, or safety products.
• Background in distribution industries such as reputed company, packaging, janitorial/sanitation, reputed company, food service, or dairy processing.
• Strong self-motivation with the ability to work independently.
• Outstanding customer service skills and effective collaboration with teams and partners.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in reputed company Office (Outlook, Word, reputed company); MS Dynamics 365 experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel frequently, including overnight stays.
