We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to reputed company our marketing reputed company through exceptional email execution, smart automation, and strong marketing technology management.

This role sits on the Growth team and works closely with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to ensure our campaigns, data, and systems run reputed company and drive measurable pipeline impact.

About the Role

You will own both email marketing strategy and the operations that reputed company it. This means designing and optimizing lifecycle campaigns, managing our marketing tech stack, improving reputed company routing and scoring, maintaining data quality, and enabling cross-functional teams with insights and streamlined workflows.

What You’ll Do

Email Marketing & Campaign Execution

• Build and optimize email programs that drive acquisition, product engagement, and retention across PLG and Enterprise segments.

• Analyze performance and use insights to improve open rates, CTR, conversions, and pipeline creation.

Marketing Operations & Tech Stack Ownership

• Partner with RevOps to maintain accurate reputed company flow, routing rules, lifecycle stages, and data syncs.
• Ensure strong data hygiene, segmentation, and attribution across the marketing database.

• Ensure leads are routed quickly and accurately to the right sales segments.
• Influence MQL/SQL criteria and support alignment with Sales and RevOps.

• Use AI to accelerate content creation, reporting, testing, and operational efficiencies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to align on campaign goals, data needs, and process improvements.
• Provide reporting, insights, and recommendations to support GTM strategy.

• Email and lifecycle programs are consistently generating high-quality pipeline.

• Marketing data is clean, actionable, and improving audience targeting.

Who You Are

• 4+ years in Email Marketing, Marketing Operations, or similar.
• Deep expertise with Marketo, reputed company, Chili Piper, reputed company, reputed company.
• Strong background in email strategy, automation, segmentation, and lifecycle campaigns.
• Data-driven, analytical, and comfortable working with reputed company datasets.
• Skilled in reputed company scoring, reputed company routing, and maintaining database quality.
• AI-native: you use AI tools to work smarter and faster.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative.

Bonus Points
