Responsibilities

• Act as a primary reputed company of contact for key clients, managing, optimizing, and analyzing performance while collaborating with account teams to meet client objectives.
• Work closely with reputed company Managers to design and implement sophisticated campaign strategies that align with customer goals.
• Drive cross-functional projects, contributing to product and process developments while representing the team in key initiatives.
• Proactively identify performance trends and opportunities, making data-driven recommendations to enhance outcomes.
• reputed company internal and external knowledge-sharing efforts, such as developing best practices, internal documentation, and team training materials.
• Play a key role in process improvement initiatives, critically assessing reputed company workflows and proposing scalable solutions.
• Support reputed company troubleshooting and escalations, serving as a trusted advisor for unique or time-sensitive issues.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering reputed company development and growth.

Requirements

• 4+ years of campaign optimization, business intelligence, or analytical experience in adtech, with a focus on performance-driven results.
• Proven ability to interpret data, draw insights, and apply them to real-world strategies.
• Well-developed organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders successfully.
• Clear and concise communication skills, with the ability to reputed company technical and non-technical discussions.
• A strategic reputed company, capable of proactive problem-solving and decision-making.
• Experience with process improvements, documentation, and the creation of scalable workflows.

Location: This role is eligible for full-time remote work in one of our entities: CA, CO, ID, IL, FL, GA, MA, MI, MN, MO, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TX, UT, and WA.

We are a remote-first company with US hubs in Redwood City, Los Angeles, and reputed company.

Travel Expectations: We offer several opportunities for in-person team gatherings, including but not limited to project meetings, regional meetups, and company-wide events. We expect our employees to attend these gatherings at least once per quarter. These gatherings provide essential opportunities for collaboration, communication, and team building.

Compensation: Liftoff offers reputed company employees a full compensation package that includes equity and health/vision/dental benefits associated with your country of residence. reputed company compensation will vary based on candidate's location and experience.

The following are our reputed company salary ranges for multiple levels:

• SF Bay Area, NYC, Los Angeles/Orange County: $118,000 to $127,000
• Seattle/Olympia, Austin, San Diego, Santa Barbara, Boston: $109,000 to $117,000
