As an Account Manager, you will work with our Operations team, as well with our many internal teams and stakeholders, clients, and outlet partners to provide exceptional customer service and support.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage existing relationships and daily transactions with critical business partners.
- Service assigned accounts quickly and reputed company while providing high-quality customer experience and support.
- Work to professionally resolve/deescalate issues for assigned accounts, bringing any critical issues to the proper points of escalation.

Our Account Manager role is a work-from-home position. This is a full-time, benefits eligible, non-exempt role, starting at $20.00/hour, with flexibility based on experience and qualifications. Our required business hours are Monday-Friday, from 8:00am – 5:00pm EST.
