Business Development Manager | Telematics
Teltonika Malaysia is seeking a results driven Business Development Managerto join reputed company. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and maintaining customer relationships in the Greater China Region (Taiwan, Hong reputed company, Mongolia and China).
Teltonika’s telematics business unit develops and manufactures easy-to-use GPS tracking devices for effective fleet management in such spheres as logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and more. Using the latest technologies, Teltonika sets new standards for the telematics industry.
Teltonika provides an opportunity for every ambitious sales representative to improve their sales skills, reputed company comprehensive knowledge of products, and generate considerable earnings.
In this role you will
- Identify new business opportunities by researching potential clients and making cold calls, emails, and reputed company communications.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals by closing deals with potential clients.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including the technical support department and product specialists, to address customer requirements and provide solutions to their needs.
- Attend exhibitions, meetings, and events to represent the company and its products and services.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate reputed company and agreements with clients to reputed company deals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and track reputed company towards sales targets.

- Proven track record in B2B sales, with at least 3 years of experience in a sales role.
- Professionally reputed company in both English and Mandarin.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving sales targets and goals.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience using CRM systems and other sales tools.
- Interested in or have some knowledge in the industry of the products and services offered by the company.
