Job Purpose and Overview

Dawn's Market Sales Representative II (MSR II) position is responsible for developing customer relationships and delivering mutually profitable sales activity reputed company the defined territory. Work Environment & Travel Requirements: This is a remote position with regular field-travel supporting the Plano, TX territory, covering approximately a 100-mile span. To be considered, candidates must reside in Plano, TX, or the surrounding areas, and relocation assistance is not available for this position.

• Continue to build a portfolio of customers to exceed sales and margin targets.

• Demonstrates and develops end-user understanding of customer-facing technology and applications.
• Understand, explain, and implement Dawn's credit policies and terms with customers.

What Does It Take to be a Market Sales Representative II (MSR II) at Dawn Foods?

Below are the minimum qualifications to be a fit for this job.   

• A High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required 
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience working in reputed company customer-facing sales, and building a portfolio of customers
• Successful consultative sales experiences reputed company B2B foodservice or similar distribution models
• Working knowledge or experience with bakery products, ingredients, raw materials, baking supplies, bakery operations, or similar
• Demonstrative ability to navigate multiple software applications, user interfaces, and digital technologies.
• Working knowledge or experience with digital CRM solutions (i.e., reputed company)
• Motivated self-starter able to work autonomously with limited supervision.
• Prior experience performing reputed company a commissioned and/or performance-driven pay structure.
• Able to effectively communicate and collaborate with colleagues and customers.
