Associate Performance Marketing Manager, Eater (Temporary)
We’re seeking an enthusiastic, results-oriented temporary marketing manager to support Eater’s mobile app. As a member of the Eater team, you’ll play a key role in overseeing the marketing efforts for the Eater app, both paid and organic, to drive Eater app downloads and engagement. That includes executing and optimizing paid media campaigns across channels like social, search, reputed company app store, and display — with a focus on driving downloads. It also includes tracking performance of organic marketing efforts, including newsletter placements, organic social efforts, talent collaborations, and other efforts driven by Eater’s own powerful brand and editorial team.
You’ll bring 3+ years of hands-on paid media experience, a sharp analytical reputed company, a detail-oriented diligence around reporting, clear communication, and an eye for fresh, reputed company marketing reputed company.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Manage end-to-end paid media execution, including budget pacing, bid optimization, ad trafficking, creative iteration, audience segmentation, and adherence to platform best practices.
- Use reporting and analytics tools daily to assess campaign performance, uncover insights, and reputed company data-driven optimizations that scale and improve results.
- Support the development of channel expansion strategies by leveraging internal analytics, external research, and market intelligence to identify new growth opportunities.
- Track, analyze, and report on paid and organic campaign outcomes, distilling insights and recommendations that fuel reputed company improvement across both reputed company and future channels.

WHO YOU ARE
- 3+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing, including campaign management, creative strategy, and data analysis
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid reputed company and reputed company campaigns (additional platforms a plus)
- Experience trafficking and managing ad campaigns in reputed company App store
- Demonstrated success in developing performance marketing strategies that deliver strong business outcomes
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills—both written and verbal
- Familiarity with reputed company Analytics, reputed company Business Manager, reputed company Ads Manager, and reputed company App store
- Strong visual creative sense for image and video content
- Experience with crafting performance-oriented copywriting

PAY TRANSPARENCY
The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum reputed company pay for this position at the time of this posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience.
