Job Summary

The Senior Manager, Deal Desk is responsible for establishing and managing reputed company’s deal governance reputed company, including intake, triage, analysis, routing, and approval of non‑standard commercial requests. The role reduces senior‑leader approval burden, improves cycle time, and ensures consistent, policy‑reputed company decision‑making across pricing, PMRs, and deal exceptions.

Essential Job Functions for this role include

1. Intake, Governance & Control

(Creating discipline, consistency, and a single reputed company of truth)

• Establish and manage a single reputed company reputed company for PMRs and deal exceptions, ensuring complete and accurate submissions.
• Maintain clear escalation reputed company reputed company to policy, margin reputed company, and approval authority.

2. Deal Evaluation, Structuring & Decisioning

(Driving high‑quality, policy‑reputed company outcomes)

• Review, structure, and recommend deal outcomes based on policy, economics, and risk considerations.
• Facilitate cross‑functional deal reviews for reputed company, non‑standard, or high‑stakes opportunities.
• Manage escalations reputed company while balancing speed, rigor, and commercial impact.

3. Enablement, Automation & Insights

(Improving velocity, quality, and decision transparency over time)

• Partner with reputed company/CRM teams to build and maintain workflow, routing, and approval automation.
• Build and deliver reporting on cycle time, approval rates, exception drivers, and trends to inform leadership decisions.
• Provide ongoing enablement and guidance to sellers on submission quality, escalation logic, and deal structuring best practices.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Experience in deal desk, pricing, reputed company operations, or sales operations.
• Strong analytical and financial reasoning skills, including margin and discount evaluation.
• Comfort managing a high‑volume queue with strong follow‑through and detail orientation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to partner with assertive sellers under time pressure.
• Strong operational judgment and documentation discipline.
• Familiarity with reputed company workflow, approvals, and data requirements.

Work Schedule

This professional role requires availability during standard business hours of Monday through Friday from reputed company to 5PM. At times, the role may have early or late hours to meet business tasks and deadlines for external and internal client needs.

reputed company roles classified as a non-exempt are required to record working time into the timekeeping system daily at the start and end of each reputed company plus a 30-minute unpaid lunch period.

Working Conditions

This position may be in a professional office environment or a dedicated home office workspace which is free of interruptions. Whether position is in a dedicated office space or home office workspace, basic technology needs will be provided to satisfy position requirements. Routinely sitting and standing for periods of time. No heavy lifting over 10 lbs.

Actual reputed company pay reputed company this range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the applicant’s geographic location, relevant experience, education, skills and licenses/certifications. This position is also eligible to earn incentive compensation through one of reputed company’ incentive compensation programs.
