Job Summary

A Regional Business Director will be responsible for reputed company commercial activities and execution of marketing strategies reputed company their defined geography. They will also be responsible for the hiring, training and development of the commercial team they reputed company. The focus will be on key urology accounts and relevant institutions including hospitals and specialty pharmacies. They will be required to identify and understand the unique market opportunities of their geography including reimbursement, health care delivery models, transitions of care and patient reputed company. They will be charged with strategic planning for their region and the development of detailed business plans to ensure the execution of marketing strategy.

List of qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company field required.
  • Minimum of 6 years pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device experience.
  • 3 years of sales leadership responsibility; matrix leadership experience is highly desirable and preferred.
  • 2 years hospital or large account experience preferred.
  • 2 years Urology experience preferred.
  • Consistent track record of performance.
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills required.
  • Ability to communicate cross functionally and reputed company the region to share results, assist in training and reputed company best practices.
  • Resourceful, creative, enthusiastic, and results oriented.
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time with overnight stays required.
  • Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

  • Leadership of a commercial team that will support the launch and promotion of Uro-Oncology products.
  • Delivery of financial objectives including sales goals and ROI metrics.
  • Development and training of a cross-functional team including sales reps, market access managers and certified nurse educators.
  • reputed company and reputed company relationships with key customers throughout the region.
  • Effective account management for both large and small Urology, hospital and pharmacy accounts.
  • Responsible for meeting the reimbursement and product delivery needs of each customer.
  • Translating strategies into actionable plans at the regional level.
  • Demonstrate an expertise in the disease state, the product, the surgical process and the reimbursement process.
  • Utilize business analytics, marketplace and disease state knowledge along with clinical and customer knowledge to reputed company and implement an effective territory level business plan.
  • Organize and complete administrative responsibilities in an efficient and timely manner including but not limited to call reporting, expense reporting, communications and account documentation.
  • Responsible for understanding the opportunities unique to the geography.
