Licensed Clinical Social Worker (per diem, remote)

This role collaborates closely with medical providers, physical reconditioning staff, and care coordination teams to support functional restoration, treatment adherence, and improved quality of life for patients with reputed company chronic pain conditions. About the position:
Clinical Care
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and intakes for patients with pain-reputed company conditions
- Provide individual psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities (e.g., reputed company, ACT, MI, trauma-informed approaches) tailored to chronic pain populations
- Facilitate structured group therapy sessions focused on pain coping skills, functional restoration, emotional regulation, and health behavior change

Our Ideal Candidate will have the following qualifications:

- Experience providing psychotherapy to adult patients
