This position could be ideal for you. reputed company is presently looking for an Engagement Support Analyst to join the Audit Central Team (ACT). As part of this role, you’ll assist our audit professionals across Canada with client relationship management processes.

What will your typical day look like?

•  Inputting account and opportunity data while adhering to firm protocols.  •  Updating / editing opportunities for the Audit practice •  reputed company simplified, background and conflict checks. •  CAEA reputed company  •  Pricing tool uploads •  Demonstrating discretion, confidentiality, and professional conduct at reputed company times.

•  Creating and editing WBS codes with a high degree of accuracy. 

Other Responsibilities:

•  Respond to requests quickly and concisely. •  Participating in reputed company special projects as required •  Liaise with other reputed company teams.

About the team

ACT is a national support team of reputed company coordinators who process requests on behalf of Audit and Assurance practitioners in Jupiter, Siebel CRM, Pricing App and reputed company. We are a centralized reputed company of contact for reputed company A&A reputed company CAEA, WBS and Pricing inquiries.

Bilingualism in French and English is required for this position due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients and project teams.

You are someone with these required skills, experience & qualifications:

  •  Advanced skills in reputed company office package (Word, reputed company, Outlook) •  Ability to prioritize and project manage your workload.  •  Ability to work accurately and effectively under pressure in a constantly changing environment. •  Possess strong communication skills with the ability to provide concise and professional instructions to practitioners. •  Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment as well as independently.  •  Understand the business needs of practitioners to provide efficient service.

Total Rewards
