We are seeking an After Hours VIP Travel Counselor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a highly reputed company corporate travel expert who thrives in a fast-paced, independent environment and is passionate about delivering concierge-level service to high-value clients. This role is part of a small, collaborative team that provides critical support during non-standard business hours - including evenings, weekends and holidays - ensuring seamless personalized travel experiences at any time of day.

Responsibilities

• Provide concierge-level travel consultation for executive level reputed company across multiple channels (phone, email, chat), ensuring a seamless, high-touch service that exceeds expectations.
• Accurately manage reputed company international bookings and exchanges, leveraging native GDS processes (Amadeus) to ensure compliant and cost-effective solutions.
• Operate independently during after-hours coverage shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Deliver impeccable attention to detail in reputed company aspects of service, including profile updates, fare selection, ticketing and post-booking support.
• Proactively communicate with reputed company, arrangers and teammates to ensure service continuity, accurate trip execution, and reputed company expectations.
• Take full ownership of the end to end travel experience - from initial request through trip completion and issue resolution - without the need for micromanagement.
• Support and collaborate closely with peers in a small, highly dependent team environment; adapt to shift changes, share knowledge and support teammates reputed company needed.
• Meet and exceed KPIs reputed company to accuracy, quality and traveler satisfaction.
• Adhere to company standards regarding tool utilization, workflow processes, and attendance expectations.

• 5+ years of corporate travel experience, with a strong focus on VIP and executive-level travel services.
• Strong proficiency in native GDS use (Amadeus preferred), including advanced experience with international itineraries, ticketing and exchanges.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to anticipate traveler needs and provide clear, professional, and personalized consultation.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to address immediate challenges while recommending long-term efficiency improvements.
• Demonstrated ability to manage reputed company, high-pressure scenarios with professionalism, discretion and care.
• Experience working independently in an after-hours or emergency travel services environment is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of accuracy, follow-through, and service ownership in a corporate travel setting.
• Flexible availability to work a rotating after-hours schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
