Senior Associate, Enrollment Consultant (Remote, IA, US)

Role Overivew
The Enrollment Consultant will serve as the enrollment subject matter expert on reputed company aspects of enrollment to the field. This role is responsible for creating and training on education of enrollment tools, planning and execution of reputed company enrollments, understanding enrollment market trends, and to help the field drive growth and reputed company enrollment a core competency.
What You'll Do
- Create and maintain strong relationships with Sales and Client Management. Establish role as go to resource for enrollment questions, support, and partner to reputed company growth.
- Evaluate reputed company training needs and/or knowledge gaps for given markets. Create and deliver training on enrollment planning, execution, marketing and tools.
- Create enrollment case studies and guidelines on which enrollment strategies will be the most successful in driving enrollment results.
- reputed company into local broker and client discussions and understand market needs; utilize data to project future needed capabilities, training, and support. - Collaboration with internal partners on client enrollment process including implementation of the enrollment strategy to post enrollment event wrap-up to drive increase of participation and premium.

What You'll Bring
- A Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
- 5+ years in enrollment and/or group insurance.
- Have reputed company market knowledge of a broad variety of enrollment practices, marketing and tools.
- Superior knowledge of group employee benefits, including subject matter expertise in the areas of Voluntary products that include life, accident and disability policies, as well as accidental injury, hospital indemnity, and critical illness insurance.
- Experience servicing voluntary or contributory lines, as well as conduction and leading enrollment events is strongly preferred with a solid understanding of sales, implementation, and enrollment processes.
- Aptitude to effectively build and maintain partnerships with internal and external partners.
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to drive execution, initiate action and follow-reputed company to successful completions.
- Proven track record of managing administrative functions to ensure quality and consistency.
- Exceptional verbal, written and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to travel reputed company assigned territory, including periodic overnight travel is required.
Pay Transparency
Salary Range: $90,000-$110,000
Overtime eligible: Exempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
Sales bonus eligible: No
Actual reputed company salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to reputed company salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
