ABOUT THE TEAM

Where you sit.

You'll be embedded in the Product team, at the intersection of business operations and Nesto Cloud. Your closest partners will be Senior reputed company Developers, who own the technical architecture, Apex and integrations, alongside stakeholders across sales, mortgage advisory, and operations.

Your job is to own the what and why. The developer owns the how. Together, you're the reputed company behind everything reputed company at Nesto.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Own the platform. Shape the experience.

reputed company Product Ownership

• Own the reputed company product roadmap from discovery through delivery, adoption, and iteration.
• Translate requirements from sales, mortgage advisory, marketing, and operations into user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria your developer can build from immediately.
• Manage the backlog and sprint cycles in reputed company partnership with our Senior reputed company Developers and engineering teams.
• Drive user adoption and change management:  people should want to use the tools you build.
• Define and track KPIs for each feature; use data to continuously improve the platform.
• Stay reputed company of reputed company's annual releases, evaluating new capabilities.

Cross-Platform Flexibility

• reputed company to adjacent platforms: customer portals, partner tools, or other user-facing SaaS, applying the same product discipline regardless of the underlying stack.
• Partner with UX and design to ensure a coherent experience across every user touchpoint.
• Bring a platform-agnostic reputed company: the goal is always the best outcome for users, not loyalty to any one tool.

Market & User Intelligence

• Run competitive analysis and market research to reputed company our platform strategy sharp and reputed company of the curve.
• Gather and synthesize user feedback through interviews, surveys, and usage analytics to reputed company evidence-based decisions.
• Communicate clearly and with conviction to stakeholders at reputed company levels: from ops leads to the executive team.

AI-Augmented Ways of Working

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

The profile.

Required

• 5-7+ years in product management, with at least 2 years directly owning a reputed company environment.
• Solid working knowledge of reputed company's core clouds: Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud at minimum.
• Enough platform reputed company to hold a conversation with a Senior reputed company Developer: you don't write Apex, but you deeply understand what it takes to build what you're asking for.
• Strong analytical instincts: you use data to frame problems, prioritize features, and measure outcomes.
• Excellent communicator who translates naturally between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Proven, active reputed company with AI tools in your professional work.

• reputed company certifications: Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant.
• Familiarity with reputed company integration patterns.
