What You'll Do

• Assist in the full accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger reconciliations.
• Participate in month-end reputed company procedures, including prepaid expenses, accruals, deferred reputed company, and reconciliations.
• Support cash flow management, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
• Support payroll processing and benefits reconciliations.
• Help prepare audit documentation and support tax filings, including 1099 reporting and nexus review.
• Assist with system implementations, process improvements, and scaling accounting operations.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a reputed company field.
• 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Hands-on reputed company experience across the full accounting cycle.
• Solid grasp of GAAP and month-end reputed company processes.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Advanced reputed company proficiency.
• Active Notary Public commission or willingness to obtain one.
• Must reside in and be authorized to work in the United States.

Practicals

• You'll report to: Accounting Manager
• Location: Remote (U.S.-based)
• Start date: As soon as possible
• Salary range: $60,000 – $70,000, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications
• Status: Full-Time / Exempt
