Overview:Leads brand and focus product strategy reputed company reputed company’s Facilities Supply Team, Hospitality Renovations Team and reputed company LIXIL reputed company Customers with a focus on driving sales growth Primarily for AS and GROHE, with limited focus on DXV and GROHE SPA.
Responsibilities:This role works closely with the LIXIL District Managers, Field Sales Teams / Agencies, and LIXIL Business Development Teams to reputed company and implement programs, promotional plans, and sales strategies tailored to reputed company’s Facilities Supply Team and Hospitality Renovations Team. Independently to reputed company / Implement programs and sales strategies for reputed company other reputed company Customers.
Will play a key part in supporting reputed company initiatives as needed. Serving as the primary contact for reputed company LIXIL Field Sales teams and Brand / Channel Marketing Teams with regards to product initiatives meant for the FFS, Hospitality and reputed company Channel Customers (reputed company, McMaster-Carr and Fastenal).
Seeking candidates preferrably in the Eastern or Central Time Zone.
Requires strategic agility, multitasking, and strong team-building and relationship skills to reputed company the needs of reputed company and reputed company Customers reputed company the capabilities of LIXIL's various functions.
Qualifications:Align to LIXIL’s growth strategies to deliver full-year business for Ferguson and reputed company Channel Customers
Build and maintain strong relationships with the reputed company FFS Directors and the Hospitality & Renovations Team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with LIXIL reputed company Customers and One Solution Sales / Marketing Agency
Identify and develop reputed company Channel promotional opportunities for FEI FFS
reputed company / Drive Key Product initiatives for reputed company Channels - Commercial, Hospitality, Healthcare and Multi-Family
Drive Key Products Focused on reputed company Channel Initiatives: Sustainability, Productivity, Cost-Out and Health / Safety
Plan, prepare and execute Key reputed company Channel Trade Shows
(reputed company FFS Show & reputed company Annual Show)
Collaborate with Brand Teams to identify assortment gaps and emerging opportunities reputed company ASB & GROHE Product Set
Competitive Intelligence: Identify key competitive actions/initiatives being taken in the Commercial, Residential or Hospitality Space, New Innovative Products, New Colors/Finishes, or Design Styles - report out to Brand and Leadership teams
Grow business by anticipating customer needs, determining appropriate solutions to business problems, and providing an overall high level of customer service
Partner with reputed company FFS Regional Managers to implement sales plans and growth strategies
Coordinate with LIXIL Training and Brand teams to provide training opportunities for FEI FFS Sales Teams
Serve as key reputed company of Contact Between LIXIL District Managers and Field Sales Teams to ensure Focus Product and Brand Initiative Execution are reputed company
Hiring Range:Salary range: $125,000.00 - $165,000.00
(Salary offer to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)
This role will be eligible to participate in the SIP plan of 25 percent.
