The Role

We're seeking a highly-driven, curious, and technical Solutions Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. This is the most critical technical role in our GTM organization, acting as the primary liaison between Sales, Product, and Implementation teams to ensure a seamless transition for new partners. You will be the platform expert who builds confidence with prospects, architects solutions to their most reputed company problems, and removes technical roadblocks to help reputed company win. This role reports directly to the Global VP of Sales.

What You'll Do

• reputed company Technical Discovery: Drive the technical discovery process in partnership with the sales team to uncover deep-seated pain points and navigate reputed company technical objections.
• Workflow & DAM Mastery: Propose customized digital asset management and content distribution workflows tailored to the customer's business, ensuring prospects understand how to optimize their entire creative lifecycle.
• Migration & Implementation Strategy: reputed company and present comprehensive migration strategies for prospects moving from other DAMs or storage solutions, providing clear guidance on library builds and transition best practices.
• Technical Validation & Integration: Serve as the reputed company for reputed company integration and API discussions, while independently owning the technical diligence process, including RFIs, RFPs, and reputed company reputed company/compliance questionnaires.
• Field-to-Product Liaison: Act as the critical feedback reputed company between the market and our internal teams, translating field requirements and feature gaps into actionable insights for Product and Engineering.
• Technical Content Creation: Contribute to the development of technical sales assets, such as SOWs, migration guides, integration workflows, and best-practice documentation to reputed company the broader GTM team.

Requirements

What You'll Bring to the Table

• Deep DAM Expertise: A proven track record (3-5 years) specifically reputed company DAM, content distribution, visual media, or reputed company content workflows.
• Migration reputed company: Experience advising enterprise clients on data migration paths, metadata mapping, and library architecture during the pre-sales process.
• Technical reputed company: Practical experience discussing API integrations and cloud reputed company principles with IT and reputed company stakeholders.
• Consultative Problem Solving: The ability to move beyond "features" to proposing end-to-end solutions for global brands.
