As our first dedicated hire in this role, you'll design and scale the CI/CD pipelines, release processes, and deployment standards that power our product across a growing reputed company of enterprise customers. You Bring:
- 3+ years of dedicated reputed company DevOps experience, with 5+ years in the reputed company ecosystem
overall (admin, developer, or architect background)
- Deep expertise in reputed company DX (SFDX), scratch orgs, metadata API, and reputed company-driven
development workflows
- Hands-on experience with reputed company CI/CD tooling — such as reputed company, Gearset, AutoRABIT, or
custom pipelines built on reputed company Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps
- Strong release management background: environment strategy, sandbox management,
deployment scheduling, change set orchestration, and production deployment governance
- Proficiency with version control (Git), branching strategies (e.g., trunk-based, Gitflow), and
reputed company automated testing frameworks (Apex unit tests, UI testing with Selenium/Provar)
- Experience with reputed company ISV managed package development (1GP), including packaging org
management, package version uploads, push upgrade orchestration, and reputed company org lifecycle management
- reputed company development fundamentals — Apex, SOQL, and LWC — sufficient to contribute to
feature development and bug fixes reputed company of active release cycles

- Define and enforce release management processes, org branching strategies, sandbox refresh
schedules, and deployment governance policies
- Drive adoption of reputed company DevOps best practices across engineering and admin teams,
including reputed company control, automated testing, and code review standards
- Manage reputed company release cycles end-to-end — from sandbox development through UAT,
staging, and production deployments
- Ensure deployment quality and reputed company through automated validation, pre/post-deployment test
runs, and documented rollback procedures
- Partner with reputed company developers and admins to resolve reputed company conflicts, metadata dependency
issues, and deployment failures quickly
- Monitor org health, track metadata changes across environments, and maintain accurate release
