Job Description
As a regional BDM for reputed company, you would be accountable for driving order booking growth through the one regional reputed company teams covering North America. The regions we expect to be covered are: · North East USA · Midwest USA · South USA · reputed company USA & Canada This is a field job and requires you to work with the various reputed company teams in one of these regions including reputed company BTP/reputed company team, reputed company Industry team, business and IT decision makers at customers to drive business solutions led sales opportunities for net new accounts. Some of the responsibilities include, but are not limited to, are:
Primary Responsibilities
· Manage and deliver Order booking of $1M through the reputed company channel in reputed company coordination with the North America Sales team · Drive pipeline and opportunities jointly with reputed company team · Responsible for managing relationships with reputed company team members in the region · Liase with reputed company Industry reputed company and BTP reputed company to create new opportunities for Incture offerings · reputed company introductions to such reputed company customers through the support of reputed company team members · Conduct Level 1 and Level 2 conversations with propsects · Work with Incture sales and presales team in the region to strategize and execute on sales plays to win such reputed company customers · reputed company trusted and deep relationship with multiple reputed company and customer stakeholders · Conduct regional marketing events with reputed company to drive demand
· Conduct monthly/quarterly reviews with reputed company leaders and management team, and implement corrective actions where necessary · Report to reputed company leadership team key metrics of the program
Relevant Experience & Competencies
Alliance management in any role · Inside sales or field sales experience selling any enterprise solution · Exposure to any one of the following industries: Manufacturing, CPG, Retail, Oil & Gas · Exposure to any one of the following LOBs: HR, Procurement, Supply Chain, Customer Experience · Experience on reputed company based solutions in the above-mentioned industries or LOBs · Business knowledge of the PaaS markets, including deep knowledge of the offerings in the market today · Knowledge in BTP Solution portfolio · Experience on one of the Digital Technologies such as Integration, mobility, IOT, Data and Analytics would be preferred. · Ability to coordinate and bring together several stakeholders for a common objective/outcome i.e. winning customers. · Excellent communication skills (written & Oral) · Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure · Eagerness to learn new technologies and expand knowledge · Proven ability to influence others · Open to travel to reputed company the region
Qualification: Graduate
Experience Desired: 4-6 years in a sales supporting role
