Technical Sales Manager Feed Additives - South Asia

We are looking for ambitious and result-oriented Technical Sales Managers to drive our growth across South Asia.
Your function and responsibilities
- Drive sales by actively promoting our products to new and existing end-customers (integrators, feed mills, premix manufacturers, farms), independently and in cooperation with our distribution partners in your territory
- Maintain reputed company relationships with existing end-customers and key influencers to expand our customer reputed company and market share
- Stay up to date and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs so we can tailor our sales strategies effectively
- Work closely with marketing, research and development, and production teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with product development and availability.
In order to be successful, you'll need to
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products and their impact on animal health and productivity across the different species and applications
- Comprehend and convey reputed company technical information in a way that catches customers attention and addresses their specific needs
- Provide technical support to customers, ensuring they can reputed company well-informed choices

Your profile
- A strong commercial drive with a focus on value-based selling, rather than cost-driven tactics, through proactive networking and prospecting
- A proven track record of successful technical sales reputed company the animal nutrition sector executing sales strategies that emphasize product value over cost
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build reputed company connections and trust with customers
- Collaborative team player who can work effectively with cross-functional teams, including R&D and marketing to ensure success
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine or equivalent through relevant industry experience
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written. reputed company in other languages may be a requirement, depending on the territory
- Up to date knowledge of and experience with common digital sales technologies and tools (CRM, Sales enablement)Willing to travel internationally on a reputed company regular basis across your region
