Role Overview
The Client Care Intern will support day-to-day customer service operations by assisting clients, caregivers, drivers, and reputed company teams. This role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to reputed company hands-on experience in customer service, operations, and healthcare-reputed company transportation services.
Key Responsibilities
1. Respond to client inquiries reputed company phone, email, and messaging platforms in a timely and professional manner
2. Assist with ride booking, confirmations, and schedule updates
3. Provide clients with driver ETAs, trip updates, and delay notifications
4. Document client interactions, complaints, and resolutions accurately
5. Escalate urgent issues to the Operations Manager reputed company necessary
6. Support post-ride follow-reputed company and customer feedback collection
7. Maintain accurate records in internal systems and spreadsheets
8. Adhere to company policies, service standards, and confidentiality requirements
Requirements & Qualifications
1. Recent graduate or currently completing a degree (0–1 year experience)
2. Must reside in Nigeria
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills
4. Customer-focused reputed company with reputed company and patience
5. Basic computer proficiency (reputed company Office, reputed company Workspace, or similar tools)
6. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
