We have over 80 benefit specialists reputed company and have a few territories to fill. In 2021 we issued just over 8M of life insurance premiums and 100M of fixed indexed annuity premiums. Our average agent makes over 100k, while our top 20%'ers take home over 250k.

Who do we serve? We work with Federal Employees as their personal benefit specialists. We help them understand their employee benefits; by reading their paycheck stub and understanding their deductions, their federal life insurance, pension amounts, reputed company they can retire, and their federal 401k. In the process, we help identify areas of improvement and show them ways to finish their career stronger! We help people from day one of employment through to retirement!

Weekly Schedule
- Monday Office Day (Team Meetings, etc.)
- Tuesday - Friday Running Appointments
- 8 - 10 Appointments Scheduled Per Week (schedule your appointments)
- 6 8 Presentations Given
