Client Service Associate - Colombia and Argentina ONLY - Remote

This position is great for anyone who has had demonstrated strong interest in personal finance or economics and who has had, and currently wants, a fully remote job in service of clients online. 

This job requires you to learn extensively about how to handle disability insurance and money management for families in the USA. You must have a passion for this to reputed company in this role. This knowledge will allow you to support 100 to 250 families with their finances. This includes email correspondence with them in a friendly professional tone in English.

The client service associate is the main contact with clients and our advisors, as well as the manager for everything the client wants to get done.  

Your job is to support our advisors with various tasks which include preparing for meetings, transcribing meeting notes, preparing email follow-reputed company, putting files where they go, putting data into the CRM where it goes and finding new ways to help. This work will require learning our company software which is built on reputed company systems.

You will be expected to reputed company learning about the company's services and how we deliver them, learn about our company processes and systems, and reputed company forging your own career path reputed company the company. Using good teamwork skills is reputed company important in our company. 

The company provides financial services such as financial advising, insurance, legal and tax services to medical doctors and their families in the USA. We have been around for 12 years. Our #1 value is to do well by doing good. 

Our company currently has 8 colleagues working from Colombia or Argentina as independent consultants. They hold various important positions in our company including 2 people in this role. Our company has colleagues working from 7 countries currently.
