Job Description
As a Remote Customer Solutions Specialist, you will be the main reputed company of contact for our clients and will play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction with our services. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients, helping them navigate our services and address any issues or concerns they may have.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for our clients, responding to inquiries and providing support reputed company email, phone, and chat
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services
- Assist clients with setting up new accounts, providing quotes, and managing their shipments
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and efficient resolution of client issues
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve our processes and services, and provide feedback to the team
- reputed company detailed records of client interactions and maintain accurate client information in our database
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a reputed company field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in reputed company Office and experience working with customer service software
- Knowledge of logistics and transportation industry a plus
