Job Title: SAS DI

Work Location: Mumbai

Relevant Experience Required in SAS DI: 2 to 6 years.

Experience in data analysis to provide solutions for business problems using SAS
Capable of providing quality consulting industry research deliverables utilizing market research methods such as primary and secondary data collection, quantitative and qualitative analysis
Must have good hands-on experience with SAS
Should be well versed with SAS DI
Must have good exposure to SAS DI Studio.
Having exposure to the Banking Domain would be an added advantage.
Should possess good communication skills.

SAS Data Integration Studio: - To develop various jobs processes for extracting, cleansing, transforming, integrating, and loading data into the Data warehouse.
Should have used various types of transformations like file reader, file writer, extract, SQL Join, Lookup, Table loader, data validation, sort, splitter, append, etc.
Should have been involved in System Integration testing which may include data testing, Job flow testing, exception handling, etc.
Involved in Performance tuning and Optimization of DI jobs.
Have worked on deploying and scheduling jobs. Automated SAS job running on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Creating flows using LSF (Load Share Facility).
Have worked on handling errors and exceptions in Month-End Loading Activity, applying validations to filter out incorrect data and pass Correct Data to IRDA and PNL.
Should have engaged in lots of Data-recon activities and root cause analysis in case Business teams report differences and deviations in financial figures.
