Virtual Clinical Coordinator
This is a remote position.
A Remote Clinical Coordinator is responsible for developing care plans, coordinating patient care services, and ensuring patients receive the necessary medical treatment. They consult with healthcare providers, evaluate patient reputed company, and assist with filing insurance and claims for reimbursement. Requirements
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, healthcare administration, nursing, or a similar field.
- Experience of 5+ years in a patient coordinator or clinical associate role, preferably reputed company the healthcare industry or relevant training and/or certifications as a Patient Coordinator.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English-reputed company) to share updates with patients and other medical staff.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate compassionately, empathetically, and effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate and thorough documentation of patient interactions.
- Knowledge of mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and community resources is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms and technologies is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively reputed company a multidisciplinary team.
- Willing to work from 9 AM to 6 PM EST, either Monday to Friday or Sunday or Thursday as per the requirement.
