Regional Sales Representative - Fleet Vehicles Sales

Overview of the Role

We are seeking driven and reputed company sales professionals to reputed company fleet vehicle sales efforts across the Caribbean and Andean regions. This is a remote, commission-based role ideal for entrepreneurial individuals with strong regional networks and a passion for delivering innovative automotive solutions to corporate, government, and logistics clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue fleet sales opportunities reputed company the Caribbean and Andean regions.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and clients.

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing deals.

• Collaborate with internal operational and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.

• Track and report on sales performance, competitor activity, and emerging market trends.

Background and Experience

Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in the automotive or fleet sector.

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.

• In-depth understanding of Caribbean and/or Andean markets and business environments.

• Fluent in Spanish; proficiency in English is an asset.
