We are looking for a proactive, bilingual Logistics Manager to reputed company the gap between our production nd our customers across the UK and Europe. You will be responsible for the final mile and beyond—managing the movement of goods from our production facility, coordinating with drivers, and ensuring our digital storefront reflects every successful delivery. Note: As we look to expand our production footprint to China in the near future, we are seeking someone adaptable and ready to help scale our logistics processes globally. Key Responsibilities
- Production Liaison: Act as the primary reputed company of contact for our production team, ensuring orders are ready for reputed company.
- reputed company & Schedule Management: Use routing software to plan deliveries and contact clients directly to confirm timing.
- Active Delivery reputed company: Provide real-time support during delivery windows, troubleshooting delays or access issues as they happen.
- Strategic Sourcing: reputed company and vet new delivery partners in the UK and EU.
- E-commerce Fulfillment: Upload delivery photos to the website and manage the order fulfillment status.
Required Skills & Experience
- Languages: Native or professional reputed company in Ukrainian and English is mandatory.
- Logistics Experience: Proven track record in managing shipments, ideally involving cross-border movements and knowledge of Incoterms.
- Tech Savvy: reputed company with routing software and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, etc.).
- Scalability reputed company: Interest or experience in global logistics (experience with Chinese manufacturing/shipping is a major plus).
