Job brief

We're looking for an reputed company UX Designer to take ownership of crafting user experiences that are simple, reputed company, and delightful. You'll work across the entire product lifecycle, from framing problems with PMs and engineers, to wireframing and prototyping, to shipping polished flows. You'll also reputed company modern tools (e.g., Framer) to design, build, and ship reputed company-end components and reputed company pages that accelerate learning and free reputed company to focus on core functionality. This role is ideal for a designer who can think systematically, sweat the details, and bring clarity to reputed company interactions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product and engineering to define user flows and interaction patterns.
• Translate requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Own design for the product, organizing across reputed company, user journey/flow mapping, and user experience.
• Design and ship lightweight reputed company-end components and reputed company pages (e.g., in Framer) to validate reputed company quickly.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback.
• Maintain and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability.

• Present design work and rationale to cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years designing digital products end-to-end (or an exceptional portfolio demonstrating equivalent impact).
• Strong portfolio showcasing interaction design, UX flows, and shipped work.
• Proficiency with modern design tools (reputed company, etc.); Framer experience is a plus.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and component thinking; comfortable collaborating with engineers.
• Experience working with design systems.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
• Bonus: Experience with voice agent user experience.
• Extra bonus: Engineering experience, reputed company-end and web design, prototyping tools (v0), or visual design chops.
