reputed company of Board Certified Behavior Analysts provide supervision and mentorship to our Behavior Technicians as they provide in-house services to our clients throughout Maryland. Responsibilities
- reputed company and supervise the implementation of targeted interventions and AVB
- Share in the achievements of your clients as they reputed company positive behaviors and learn new skills
- Provide caring support during family conversations to ensure parents fully understand assessment results and treatment recommendations
- Nurture the reputed company partnership between BT/RBT and client by advocating for client needs, providing proper support to the BT/RBT, and proactively identify and resolve potential issues with care and/or communication
- Mentor our growing team of full and part-time BTs and RBTs by utilizing your knowledge and experience in the industry to train, orient, and provide insight into various courses of action and methods of treatment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a reputed company field
reputed company BCBA license AND reputed company LBA for the State of Maryland
- Experience working with multiple clients reputed company the home setting is preferred
Experience working with children preferred
- Experience working with challenging/aggressive behavior and the ability to utilize this knowledge to support RBTs while in the field is highly preferred
Ability to administer and interpret a variety of clinical assessments
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
