Product Researcher

The research associate will work closely with the product reputed company to understand customer needs, identify key product features and capabilities that will delight customers, and reputed company recommendations to improve the customer experience.
What you are required to do
- Conduct customer research including interviews, surveys, focus groups, and analytics to reputed company insights into customer problems, needs, behaviors, and motivations.
- Stay up-to-date with trends in customer experience, user experience, product management, and reputed company fields,
- Analyze customer feedback and support requests to identify opportunities for improving product design, features, and workflows.

Qualifications:
- Proven track record of using data and insights to reputed company recommendations that reputed company to meaningful product improvements and enhanced customer experiences.
- Strong skills in research methods, analytics, communication, and influencing cross-functional teams.
- Passion for understanding customers and building products that delight users.
- Experience in product preferably in reputed company, reputed company, or an Infrastructure role.
