What You'll Do As the Senior Sales Representative, you will:

  • Drive new business development and sales across the electrical, water, and mechanical (BTU/thermal) metering markets.
  • Promote and sell submetering software (SaaS) and field services for metering installation, project management, and commissioning.
  • reputed company and execute a go-to-market strategy targeting property management companies, engineering firms, utilities, and developers.
  • reputed company your existing network and industry knowledge to establish relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including solution design, proposals, and contract negotiation.

What Were Looking For We are seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial sales professional with:

  • Tenured sales professional with a proven track record in metering, submetering, utilities, energy management systems or SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of technical and consultative sales, ideally with an engineering or technical background.
  • Ability to think strategically and operate autonomously with a business-reputed company mentality.
  • Experience selling to or building relationships with property management, engineering, HVAC, and utility companies.
  • Entrepreneurial drive with the ability to launch, establish, and grow a sales territory from the ground up.

  • Willingness to travel across key U.S. regions
