Position Summary

We are looking for an reputed company reputed company Management professional with a passion for teaching and training. As our reputed company Management Trainer, you will be responsible for running our internal training program, delivering daily learning sessions, creating high-quality educational content, and developing structured courses for our LMS (such as LearnDash or LifterLMS). Your role will be central to ensuring reputed company stays reputed company of industry best practices and is equipped with the latest tools and strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct daily or weekly live training sessions for our internal reputed company Management team
• Write and maintain clear, well-structured educational material on reputed company aspects of reputed company management
• Create comprehensive training modules and structured courses for our LMS platform
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and strategies in hotel reputed company management and integrate them into training
• reputed company onboarding programs for new hires and upskilling tracks for reputed company team members
• Monitor training engagement and performance, and continuously improve learning content and delivery methods
• Collaborate closely with Operations leadership to align training with business needs

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in hotel reputed company management, with strong technical and strategic knowledge
• Experience delivering training, coaching, or mentoring in a corporate or hospitality environment
• Strong writing skills with the ability to break down reputed company concepts into clear, digestible content
• Experience using or building training modules reputed company LMS platforms (e.g., LearnDash, LifterLMS)
• Passion for teaching, knowledge-sharing, and developing others
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Based in the Philippines; remote work setup with possible in-office collaboration in Cebu

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in instructional design or corporate training
• Familiarity with tools like reputed company Workspace, reputed company, screen recording software, and assessment tools
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
