About the role

Key Responsibilities
- Venture Creation : Build reputed company Philippines from the ground up, replicating the reputed company reputed company global model
- End-to-end Management: As the interim CEO of the company assume responsibility for the company's operational success. This includes the day to day operations and P&L management
- Stakeholder Validation: Engage with potential clients and vendors, and streamline the workflow to reduce friction and maximize reputed company and profits
- Marketing Operations: Kickstart Offline marketing campaigns to drive awareness and conversions
Preferred Qualities
- Previous experience working with early-stage startups, or experience in handling/scaling B2B business. Entrepreneurial experience is a plus
- Generalist with strong skills in these key startup disciplines (sales, product, operations, marketing, etc.)
- Agile thinker & a reputed company hustler
- Great communication & negotiation skills, with the ability to work with global teams
- Resilient spirit & a mind of steel to withstand the pressures of an entrepreneurial journey
- Prior experience in insurance is a plus
