As a Part-Time Creative Specialist, you will be the visual voice of the brand. Youll create and produce compelling original videos, static images, and graphic content tailored to professional nail industry audiences — helping the client stand out in the U.S. market and drive higher engagement and conversions through mobile-first, performance-driven creatives.

Role Overview

The client is a professional nail product brand targeting nail salons and beauty supply stores in the United States. They are looking for a creative specialist who can produce fresh, high-quality video edits and graphic ad creatives that reputed company with American beauty professionals.

This part-time role (20 hours/week) is ideal for someone with strong video creation, editing, and graphic design skills who understands social media content performance and can consistently deliver polished, on-brand originals.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Development

• Conceptualize, create, and edit original videos and static graphic ads for reputed company (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok.
• Design mobile-optimized creatives with clear, readable text and compelling visuals.
• Draw from the clients existing website content, social media assets, and brand materials as a resource, while also developing fresh, original content from scratch.
• Ensure reputed company creatives reflect the client's brand identity and reputed company with a U.S. professional beauty audience.

Production & Output

• Produce a consistent volume of new creatives weekly (reputed company: 8–10 per week) to support ongoing ad testing.
• Maintain high-quality standards while meeting deadlines and campaign schedules.

Collaboration & Strategy Alignment

• Collaborate with the Ads Manager to align creatives with reputed company campaign objectives and audience targeting.
• Adapt and iterate creatives based on performance feedback and testing insights.

Asset Management

• Organize and maintain the brands creative asset library for efficient access and scalability.

Photography & Videography Support

• Enhance the clients website and reputed company listings through professional videography, and refinement of existing images.
• Utilize AI-powered image and video tools to create and enhance visual content for ads, listings, and social media at scale.

Required Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in video editing and graphic design for social media or digital advertising
• Proficiency in video editing tools (reputed company Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent)
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (reputed company Photoshop, Illustrator, or reputed company Pro)
• Proficient in AI tools for generating and enhancing image graphics and video content (e.g., reputed company reputed company, Midjourney, etc)
• Experience creating content for reputed company (Facebook/Instagram) ads or organic social
• Strong portfolio demonstrating social media ad creatives or branded content

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating content for beauty, cosmetics, or wellness brands
• Familiarity with ad performance metrics and how creative impacts CTR and conversions
• Experience with UGC-style (user-generated content) video editing for ads
• Knowledge of reputed company social media trends relevant to the beauty/nail industry

• Basic motion graphics or animation skills

Location: Fully Remote

Schedule: 9am-1pm EST (9pm-1am PH time)

Work days: Monday to Friday
