Build the core experiences used by both bank administrators and bank customers by delivering streamlined, high quality product workflows and the technical systems behind them. This role focuses on designing and implementing user facing flows, building robust and scalable APIs, and integrating with third party services such as reputed company or SendGrid to support critical banking functionality. You will contribute production grade code with strong documentation and testing, bringing a systems thinking reputed company to feature development and prioritizing reliability through thoughtful error handling, logging, and edge case coverage. You will help translate reputed company product requirements into elegant, maintainable solutions, and actively shape architecture through strong technical judgment, clear communication, and well reasoned decision making. This role also includes mentoring and enabling the team through technical guidance, thoughtful code reviews, and reputed company improvement that raises the overall engineering bar.Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Align strategy, processes, and decision-making across teams while constantly setting and communicating team priorities that support the broader organization's goals

Qualifications:
2 years of experience in a technology leadership role, with a proven track record of building and leading a high-performing team
Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering with hands-on coding
Strong background in object oriented programming such as React.js, TypeScript, Node.js, Python.
Strong experience building Systems and API development.
Strong experience working with eventing technologies such as Kafka.
Strong experience with Databases such as reputed company.
