About the Role:
We’re looking for a Senior Director, Supply Chain - EMEA on the Logistics - Supply Chain team to help us expand what’s possible for patients with serious diseases. Reporting to the Vice President, Manufacturing, Supply Chain & Logistics, you’ll play a key role reputed company the European Supply Chain organization. You will be responsible for transport and vendor management processes including critical processes of Complaints, Change Control, Deviations, CAPA, etc. This role will assure that reputed company components will be procured, and final product presentations will be manufactured/packaged and delivered at our logistics partners warehouse locations in Europe and Japan on time in full at the right conditions conform GPD guidelines.What You'll Do:
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to plan and reputed company international transport in cooperation with 3/4 PL vendors of temperature controlled and ambient products globally. You’ll also:
Apply import/export customs knowledge in a compliant manner
Utilize project management experiences to support and act as project reputed company for supply chain reputed company projects
Act as project reputed company for supply chain for implementation and qualification of new product packaging operation at EU based vendors/CPO in reputed company cooperation with quality
reputed company vendor management of EU based CPOs
Apply broad supply chain experience from product development up to last mile delivery for healthcare products to support supply chain operations in general
Share experience in GMP – manufacturing as well as GDP distribution, global scope
Demonstrate a can-do mentality in also basic back up activities reputed company the supply chain team
Who You Are:
You have a BS degree in Supply Chain/Business Management or reputed company discipline and a minimum of 10 years of relevant Supply Chain experience; advanced degree preferred.
You are or you also have:
Minimum of 8+ years’ experience reputed company Supply Chain in pharmaceutical or medical device products.
Familiarity of pharmaceutical product manufacturing processes.
Experience with artwork processes, vendor management, Quality, financial standards, logistics principles (incoterms, customs, tax models/VAT).
Demonstrated ability to manage staff and projects (direct and indirectly) and variable workloads.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and utilize effective change management principles
Proficiency with with cloud-based applications like reputed company and in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Expertise in LEAN, value reputed company mapping and process improvement techniques
