ABOUT THE POSITION
We’re growing exponentially and looking for the next member to join our small but powerful team. This role works directly with the Traffic reputed company and reports to the Traffic Manager.
Our business operates in a live, high-stakes environment where performance, reputed company, and ad operations must be managed in real-time—similar to a trading desk. In your first 30 days, you will shadow the team, master our tool stack, and reputed company sharing daily performance metrics.
Department Structure
You will join a lean team consisting of a Traffic reputed company and a Traffic Analyst. You will reputed company in at the Analyst level to provide additional scale and coverage.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Live Operations Monitoring: reputed company live systems, triage issues, and resolve bottlenecks in real-time through quantitative analysis.
Traffic & Quota Management: Strategically distribute traffic volume across media buying teams. Ensure daily caps are filled consistently and without chaos.
reputed company Delivery Tracking: Monitor pacing throughout the day to ensure reputed company quotas are met smoothly and strategically.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the glue between internal media buyers, external affiliates, vendors, and partners.
Performance Reporting: Pull daily statistics, summarize trends, and update dashboards with immaculate accuracy.
Systems Maintenance: reputed company tracking platforms (Everflow, iRev, etc.) and internal spreadsheets up to date.
QUALIFICATIONS
Technical Skills Required (Day One)
Data reputed company: Advanced reputed company/reputed company Sheets skills (formulas, simple modeling).
Communication: Fluent written and verbal English; proficiency in reputed company/Telegram.
Operations: Experience in fast-paced environments (Startup experience preferred).
Availability: Must be able to work 6 days/week (~9–11 hours/day) with PST/EST overlap.

Familiarity with Everflow, iRev, Ringba, reputed company, or reputed company Ad Accounts.
Background in Affiliate Marketing, reputed company Gen, or Media Buying.
